> Save your computer before it's too late! Spyware Doctor can prevent big headaches...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's a fact that most Spyware is downloaded onto computers through insecure
web browsers and uninformed users that "just didn't know any better."

But, it doesn't have to be that way.

Let the award-winning Spyware Doctor help protect your PC today -- and help
keep your PC free of Spyware, now and well into the future!

" [Spyware Doctor is] the most effective of all the products tested at both
blocking and removing spyware and keyloggers, and it's our current Editors'
Choice. " ~ PC Magazine Editors' Choice, June 19, 2005

" The cream of the software crop! We highly recommend this download. "

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

> " It was the best thing I've downloaded in years! "

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

" After seeing Spyware Doctor mentioned in your newsletter, I decided to
compare it against my antiSpyware regimen (Adaware and Spybot S&D).

Not only did Spyware Doctor find more traces of Spyware on my machine,
I was *completely* blown away at just how many layers of protection it
offers. It's truly a great piece of software and I can see why it won
so many awards. Thank you, Dennis, for recommending Spyware Doctor. It
was the best thing I've downloaded in years! " ~ Gazette Reader Neil S.

> Unlimited Internet Use Under Attack

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

by John Lister
Infopackets Contributor

The promise of unlimited high-speed Internet access could become a thing of
the past with more and more carriers putting limits on monthly downloads.
The issue has become a hot one since Time Warner began a trial scheme in
Texas limiting users to 5GB of downloads a month, charging penalty fees for
any extra use. It's looking as if rival firms may feel they can get away
with similar tactics. One ...

> Is your PC starting to s l o w t o a c r a w l ?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fact: The more RAM (system memory) you have, the faster your PC is able
to process data (such as launching new applications, switching back and
forth between applications, watching video, surfing the Internet, etc).

Fact: RAM accounts for 1/3 of a PC's cost. Therefore, many PC manfacturers
use the *minimum* amount of RAM required to run Windows.

Fact: When a system runs low on memory, the hard drive is used to supplment
RAM. This is known as virtual memory. When virtual memory is used in place of
RAM, it causes your system to run v e r y s l u g g i s h.

Fact: Most programs that run on your computer remain in memory even after
they are exited. Subsequently, these programs "trap" valuable system memory
that would otherwise be used for applications already in use.

Fact: SpeedUpMyPC monitors system resources in real-time and can reclaim
lost system memory on-the-fly, thereby optimizing your PC.

How does it work?

While an unlimited power source has yet to be developed, researchers at
Intel are testing new technology that would allow laptop computers and

Not All QSAs Are Created Equal

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requires an annual assessment of security systems and procedures, which must be performed by a QSA and is designed to verify that an entity is complying with all requirements of the PCI DSS. Many companies equate passing the assessment with actually being in compliance. However, recent security breaches highlight the danger of this assumption. True compliance and sound security are part of an ongoing commitment best serviced by QSAs with expertise in security as a whole. This whitepaper helps choose the best QSA for the annual assessment by highlighting key differentiators among QSAs and QSA vendors.
